The ACAOF Wellness Program is a focus of unifying the mind, body, and spirit for an improved outlook and overall quality of life. This 4 week program explores, but is not limited to: - Identifying your health goals and suitable specific tools to achieve - Understanding the building blocks of a healthy diet based on your body - Stressors that create blockers preventing you from achieving and maintaining your healthy weight - Building and identifying the best meditation plan for everyday calm - Incorporating mindfulness in your eating, sleeping, and daily regimen - Realizing gratitude in your everyday life *Group Coaching Sessions Available (10 person maximum)* This 4 week coached program is designed to target not just weight loss goals, but overall wellness from head to toe, inside and out! Our holistic approach also teaches you how to decrease stress and increase calm from within.
