Ingredients:
1/2 cup chia seeds
1 1/2 cup plant based milk (almond, hemp, cashew, oat, pea, etc)
1/2 tsp vanilla
1-2 tbsp natural sweetener (honey, agave, maple syrup)
The Process:
Combine and mix completely all ingredients.
Refrigerate overnight- for at least 6 hours.
Enjoy plain or add 'goodness and mercies' like fresh/dried fruit, shredded coconut, nuts, or even dark chocolate chips!
