INGREDIENTS:
4 cups prepared penne pasta, (cooked al dente in salted water)
2 cups prepared Abstract Lemon Salt & Pepper Grilled Asparagus (see recipe below)
~1 lb fresh asparagus
2 tbsp olive or grapeseed oil
Abstract Lemon Salt & Pepper Seasoning
Trim, wash, and cut asparagus in half and add to a large bowl
Add oil and seasoning, coating asparagus completely
On a high-heat grill surface or pan, cook asparagus for no more than 4 minutes until bright green with grill/sear marks.
zest of half a lemon
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp granulated garlic
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Abstract Rose Sea Salt to taste
THE PROCESS:
Combine the above ingredients and toss until well incorporated adding Abstract Rose Sea Salt to taste.
